Cichic are the worst online store I have ever in my life dealt with. You only have to read the reviews to see what a bunch of charlatans they are. The quality is appalling, , they use false advertising, the steal pictures from other web sites and send a cheap nasty alternative and their customer service is even worse. They refuse to refund and will not pay return postage even if the item they have sent is different from the one ordered. Absolutely terrible! It would be prudent to advise people never to use this company and take a look at their customer reviews online.
